Information about the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:
- The data controllers for personal data on this website are Jacek KUŚMIERZAK and Dawid SOJDA, conducting business under the company name TECH-STUDIO S.C. Dawid Sojda Jacek Kuśmierzak, with its registered office at ul. Jargonia 44a, Katowice 40-860, NIP 634-282-40-55, REGON 243452231.
- In matters regarding the protection of personal data, you can contact the appointed Data Protection Officer, Mr. Marcin Żuchowski, by email at iod@tech-studio.pl or in writing to our registered office address provided above, with the note "Data Protection Officer (IOD)".
- Personal data on the Website are processed with due diligence to respect the privacy of Users and may be used for the following purposes:
- sending commercial information about the Controller's Products and Services based on the User's consent (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
- taking action at the request of Users before concluding a contract, for the purpose of its conclusion, acceptance and execution of the order placed by the User, and providing services to Users by the Controller — performance of the contract, recruitment (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- fulfilling a legal obligation of the controller, e.g., related to accounting and settlements, employment (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
- potential establishment, exercise, or defense of claims, processing of personal data for the purpose of contact between the User and the Controller, for statistical purposes related to market and internet traffic analysis on the Website, for assessing interest in the services offered via the Website, improving its content and improving services through it — which is our legitimate interest (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- the Controller offering products and services directly, which is a legitimate interest (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- In connection with the use of the Website, the Controller processes or may process the relevant categories of the User's Personal Data that the user voluntarily provides when filling out the Contact form on the Website:
- first name;
- last name;
- business name;
- email address;
- data and documents included in the message content in the contact form.
- When using the Website, some Personal Data are automatically stored on the servers of the Website's Controller for system administration purposes or for statistical purposes or backups. The above data includes:
- name of the internet service provider;
- IP address;
- browser software version;
- computer operating system;
- system logs.
- The Controller will only make Personal Data available to persons authorized by them to Process Personal Data, cooperating with the Controller, as part of performing duties entrusted by the Controller, to whom the controller has commissioned the performance of activities involving the need to process personal data (Processing Entities) and to entities authorized to access the data under legal provisions. The Controller uses the following categories of processing entities:
- entities providing hosting services;
- entities providing accounting services;
- entities providing professional legal assistance.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA).
- The User's Personal Data will be processed and stored from the moment they are obtained by the Data Controller until the contract concluded with the User is performed or until the provision of services to the User is terminated, and also after this period for the following purposes:
- establishment and defense against claims in connection with the performance of the contract (order), as a rule, these periods are limited by the periods of limitation of claims resulting from general provisions, with the reservation that in practice the data processing period may be longer due to ongoing proceedings — judicial, enforcement;
- fulfilling obligations resulting from legal provisions, including in particular tax and accounting provisions;
- marketing purposes until the data subject objects to their processing for this purpose, withdraws consent, or they become outdated.
- The provision of personal data by the User is:
- voluntary — at the stage of using the Website;
- may be a condition for placing an order, obtaining an offer, or other information via the Website.
If the User does not provide personal data:- The Controller may refuse to accept and execute the order;
- The Controller will not be able to contact the User and answer questions sent via the contact form on the Website.
- The User has the right:
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, the right to request deletion, restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to receive a copy of the data. If the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, you additionally have the right to withdraw the given consent and to data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. We also inform you that we do not process data in an automated way.
- We will not use your data in automated decision-making and profiling processes.
